Hi, this is Amy again. I haven't written for a few days because we were in Challis and then we moved hotels, but I'm baaack!
Jill's done a great job of keeping everyone informed, but I just want to let you know how awesome you all are. We print out every e-mail and blog comment and read it to my mom (often multiple times). You can't even imagine the difference it makes to know how many people are routing for her. Your support has lifted my spirits today, which has been difficult for me since my mom isn't responding to anything yet.
Keep those reverse Monday e-mails/blog comments coming. My mom loves (we imagine) hearing all those details about who went where when.

Amy - I'm glad to hear you enjoy the wonderful comments from the reverse e-mailers! I've read some too and they feel so good.
Thought Janet would like to know, my husband, Reed, and I are going on an adventure next week. We just purchased $21 one-way tickets on Allegiant Airlines to fly from Stockton (near where we live) to ... wait for it! ... Las Vegas! After taxes, surcharges and the $1 per peanut snack allowance, both tickets will add up to $86. Our challenge was to fly as cheaply as possible, without actually getting out and pushing the plane. I wish I had Janet's suggestions for successful flying while nervous. Without her, guess I'll go for the gin & tonic.
Actually the trip is not just for fun. We'll help Reed's elderly aunt & uncle move to Southern California.
